Job description
We are looking for a Loading Shovel Driver for a building and construction materials company who manufacture and distribute aggregates, cement, readymix concrete and high-performance construction materials such as asphalt, mortar, and pre-cast concrete products.
About the role:
You will work on the day shift as loading shovel driver (Komatsu/CAT)
Day Shift Hours: Mon to Fri 07:00 to 17:00, with two 30 min breaks
£13.75/£15.40
Start: ASAP
Your responsibilities will include:
- Loading Lorries
- Moving stocks
- General yard work, housekeeping around site
- Working with other members of the team to ensure that customers get good quality material and on-time deliveries
- Follow SHE policies and procedures
- Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality responsibilities
Salary Details
£13.75/£15.40
Licences and Qualifications
To Succeed in the role, you will have:
- Previous experience on a loading shovel.
- knowledge and experience of Plant operations
- Competence MP Connect card required
- Quarry passport required
- NVQ/CPCS loader card required
